If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the service. If you are using OneLinkCV for another person, team, or organization, you represent that you have the authority to act on their behalf in connection with that use.

2. Eligibility and Accounts

You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to use OneLinkCV. You are responsible for maintaining accurate account information and for all activity that occurs under your account.

• You must provide truthful, current, and complete registration information.
• You are responsible for protecting your password, login method, and account access.
• You must notify us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised or used without authorization.

You may use OneLinkCV only for lawful professional profile, CV hosting, and related account purposes, and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others, disrupt the platform, or create security, legal, or reputational risk.

You may not:

• Upload malware, malicious scripts, exploit payloads, or deceptive files.
• Use the service for fraud, impersonation, harassment, spam, or unlawful conduct.
• Upload content that infringes intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other third-party rights.
• Attempt to probe, scan, reverse engineer, disable, or bypass platform security or access controls.

4. User Content and License

You retain ownership of the CVs, profile data, text, images, and other materials you upload or submit to OneLinkCV, including content displayed on your public profile page. We do not claim ownership of your content.

By uploading or submitting content, you grant OneLinkCV a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, store, reproduce, process, display, and transmit that content solely as necessary to operate, secure, improve, and provide the service to you.

You represent and warrant that you have all rights, permissions, and authority necessary to upload and use your content, and that your content does not violate any law or third-party right.

We may review, block, remove, or restrict content that we reasonably believe violates these Terms, creates legal or security risk, or threatens the integrity of the platform.

5. Plans, Billing, and Refunds

OneLinkCV currently offers live and planned service tiers that may include free and paid plans. Features, pricing, upload limits, slug limits, analytics capabilities, and other plan limits may change over time. If you subscribe to a paid plan, you agree to pay all applicable fees, taxes, and charges associated with your account.

• If recurring subscriptions are introduced or enabled for your plan, they may renew automatically unless cancelled before the next billing cycle.
• You authorize us or our payment providers to charge your selected payment method for recurring fees where applicable.
• Unless required by law or expressly stated otherwise, fees are non-refundable once charged.

We may suspend paid features or restrict account access if payment fails, is disputed, or is materially overdue.

6. Suspension and Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to all or part of the service if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, created legal or security risk, or used the service in a harmful or abusive manner.

Upon termination, your right to use the service ends immediately. Certain provisions of these Terms, including those relating to ownership, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and dispute-related provisions, will survive termination.

7. Disclaimers

We do not guarantee that the service will always be available, secure, accurate, compatible with all devices, or free from bugs, outages, or third-party disruptions.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OneLinkCV and its operators, affiliates, suppliers, and service providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, data, opportunities, or business interruption arising out of or related to your use of the service.

To the extent liability cannot be fully excluded, our total aggregate liability for claims arising out of or related to the service will not exceed the amount you paid to OneLinkCV in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. If you have not paid OneLinkCV for the service, liability will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are intended to apply to OneLinkCV as operated through onelinkcv.com. If a formal legal entity, governing jurisdiction, or registered business address is later published by OneLinkCV, those details will control and these Terms may be updated accordingly. Until then, disputes relating to these Terms or the service are intended to be handled in the competent forums applicable to the operator, unless mandatory consumer protection law requires otherwise.
